Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Construction Manager, located in Indore. The Assistant Construction Manager will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring budget adherence, maintaining construction safety standards, and controlling project timelines. The role will require daily interaction with construction teams and effective coordination to ensure project milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills and experience in managing construction teams
• Expertise in Budgeting to ensure financial efficiency in projects
• Strong knowledge of Construction Safety protocols and regulations
• Hands-on experience in Construction management and Project Control
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site in Indore
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Familiarity with local construction codes and standards is a plus
