Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Company Secretary, located in Vellore. The Assistant Company Secretary will be responsible for supporting the Company Secretary in ensuring that the company complies with legal regulations and maintains high standards of corporate governance. Daily tasks include preparing and maintaining statutory records, arranging board members' and shareholders' meetings, ensuring compliance with corporate laws, and drafting and managing corporate documents and reports.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of corporate laws and regulatory frameworks
Experience in preparing and maintaining statutory records and documents
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work meticulously and independently
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
Professional certification or qualification in Company Secretaryship (CS) is preferred
Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is advantageous
