Assistant Company Secretary

As a Company Secretary at Chhapolika & Company, Chartered Accountants, you will be responsible for handling various tasks related to corporate governance and compliance. This full-time on-site role based in our Noida office will require your expertise in the following areas: - Preparation of Board meeting notices, resolutions, and minutes - Drafting notices for AGM, EGM, and preparing minutes of meetings and resolutions - Understanding and drafting agreements - Developing a step plan for necessary compliance for fund raising under Companies Act and FEMA - Filing necessary forms with the Registrar of Companies - Registering and filing FLA form in RBI - Filing Form FC-GPR and FC-TRS To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Experience in compliance related to fund raising under Companies Act and FEMA - Strong understanding of Corporate law matters - Experience in drafting resolutions and filing various forms with ROC - Proficiency in ROC Matters and FEMA Compliances - Knowledge of drafting agreements and event-based amendments in AOA - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Professional certification as a Company Secretary - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Join our team and contribute to our firm's success by ensuring regulatory compliance and effective corporate governance.,
