MSDCA is committed to nurturing young cricketers with structured training programs, discipline, and guidance from experienced professionals. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Assistant Coach to join our team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Coach in planning and conducting daily cricket coaching sessions. • Provide specialized support in batting, bowling, and fielding drills. • Ensure discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct among players. • Track player performance and support individual growth with feedback. • Help in organizing matches, tournaments, and practice sessions. • Maintain equipment and ensure safety standards during training. • Act as a role model and motivator for young cricketers.

Key Requirements:

• Must have played cricket at club level or above. • Ability to communicate fluently in Hindi (English/Telugu knowledge will be an added advantage). • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and motivating young players. • Physically fit with high energy levels to manage 6-hour sessions. • Strong teamwork and coordination skills. • Basic knowledge of cricket coaching drills and player development techniques. • Certification in cricket coaching (if available) will be an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,934.10 - ₹20,000.00 per month
