Telesales Executive

The Telesales Representative is responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via telephone to promote and sell products or services. The role requires a strong understanding of the product, effective communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers to drive sales and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:Telesales Duties:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Deliver scripted and unscripted sales pitches persuasively.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
• Handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or previous interactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and support during and after the sale.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and promotions.

Product Knowledge Responsibilities:

• Maintain a deep understanding of all products/services offered by the company.
• Stay updated on new products, features, changes, and industry trends.
• Communicate product benefits clearly and confidently to customers.
• Tailor product presentations to meet specific customer needs.
• Answer customer questions accurately and provide relevant solutions.
• Report customer feedback on products to relevant departments (e.g., marketing, product development).

Pay: ₹250.00 - ₹300.00 per month
