Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting various tests on oil samples, ensuring quality control, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires working in shifts and utilizing a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). Freshers with a strong academic background in science are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and specialized tests on oil samples according to17025 standards and established procedures. Examples of tests may include:
• Prepare samples, reagents, and standards for testing.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including calibration and troubleshooting.
• Accurately record and document all test results, observations, and interpretations in a timely manner, both manually and within the LIMS.
• Ensure quality control and quality assurance procedures are followed meticulously.
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, adhering to safety regulations and protocols.
• Assist in the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Participate in inter-laboratory comparisons and proficiency testing programs.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other laboratory staff members.
• Willingness to work in shifts (day/night/rotating).

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Chemistry, Physics, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of basic laboratory principles and techniques.
• Familiarity with analytical instruments and equipment is a plus.
• Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
