Job Description

Candidate must have 3-4 years experience in Channel Sales Key Responsibilities Operational Support Assist franchisees with day-to-day operations, ensuring they follow company policies and procedures. Training & Development – Conduct training programs for new and existing franchisees on business operations, marketing, and customer service. Compliance & Brand Standards – Ensure franchisees adhere to brand guidelines, quality standards, and legal requirements. Performance Monitoring – Analyze franchise performance, provide feedback, and help with strategies for improvement. Marketing & Sales Support – Assist in local marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales strategies to boost business growth. Problem Solving – Address franchisee concerns, provide solutions to operational challenges, and support conflict resolution. Communication & Relationship Management – Act as the link between franchisees and corporate management, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of business goals. Expansion & Growth – Help in identifying potential franchise opportunities and supporting new franchise launches. Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of business operations and franchise models Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Experience in training, sales, or customer service Ability to analyze business performance and suggest improvements Familiarity with marketing and brand management Interested candidates can send their cv to 9007453863
