Job Description

Job Title: Counselor Location: Nelamangala Languages Required: Kannada, English Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 + Incentives Working Hours: 8 hrs 30 mins Gender Preference: Female Reports To: Centre Director/Manager Job Opening: 1 Job Purpose: The Counselor will manage admissions, convert leads (primarily walk-ins), follow up with leads, and ensure timely collections. The role also includes updating CRM systems and achieving set targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead Conversion: Convert walk-in leads into admissions (40% of role). Follow-ups: Follow up with DM leads and update in LMS. Target Achievement: Meet admission and revenue targets. Data Entry: Maintain accurate ERP entries for leads and admissions. Lead Nurturing: Engage leads via WhatsApp and guide them through the enrollment process. Order Collection: Responsible for collecting fees as part of the admission process. Qualifications: Education: Graduate (any stream) Skills: Strong communication (Kannada, English), CRM/ERP knowledge, target-driven. Interested candidate can send their resumes on 9147390323
