Assistant Category Manager

We are looking for someone who is analytically strong, can give a structured approach to problem solving, can dive deep into large data sets, and derive meaningful insights to join our Category Management team. Key Responsibilities:

• Business Ownership:

• Take end-to-end ownership of a sub-category or segment under the guidance of senior management.
• Contribute to revenue, margin, and customer acquisition goals.

• Market & Customer Insights:

• Conduct primary and secondary research to identify category trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics.
• Translate insights into actionable business strategies.

• Program Management:

• Work on multiple initiatives to improve user monetization across omnichannel
• Support onboarding, cataloging, and performance tracking of Dealers/business partners

• Pricing & Promotions:

• Assist in defining pricing strategies, promotions, and campaigns to drive growth and market share.
• Evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimizations.

• Data & Performance Analysis:

• Monitor key KPIs for Online and Offline sales channels
• Leverage Excel, SQL, and BI tools to make data-driven decisions.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Coordinate with marketing, business operations, finance, and product teams to drive category success.
• Participate in product launches, seasonal events, and business reviews.
