Regional Business Manager - Ad Sales

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Ad Sales professional to drive and grow our business in alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be based out of Mumbai and will manage Digital Ad Sales, establish strong relationships with digital agencies and clients, and consistently meet hard sales targets. What you will do: 1. Ad Sales Management: - Lead and manage Digital Ad Sales for the assigned categories in the West Region - Independently drive and grow business for a set of clients or categories - Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets 2. Client and Agency Relations: - Build and maintain strong connections with digital agencies and clients. - Prospect new clients and identify new sales opportunities 3. Solution Design: - Translate brand briefs into effective, data-backed solutions - Utilize knowledge of various platforms (display, networks, social, video, etc.) to design comprehensive ad solutions Who we’re looking for: 1. Experience Required: - The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in digital ad sales. 2. Creative and Strategic Thinking: - Ability to creatively translate brand briefs into actionable, data-supported solutions. 3. Proven Sales Record: - Consistently exceed sales goals and receive recognition for outstanding performance. 4. Technical Savvy: - Strong inclination towards technology and familiarity with digital platforms. - Proficiency in using presentation tools like PowerPoint (PPT).
