Assistant Cafe Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Management:Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising cafe staff, including scheduling and delegating tasks.
• Customer Service:Ensure excellent customer service, address complaints, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Inventory Management:Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory to minimize waste and prevent shortages.
• Food Safety and Hygiene:Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Operational Support:Assist with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and general maintenance.
• Financial Management:Monitor expenses, track revenue, and contribute to budget management.
• Menu Management:Assist with menu planning, pricing, and ensuring food quality and presentation meet standards.
• Promotions and Events:Support the implementation of promotional events and marketing initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
