Key Responsibilities: Handling travel queries via phone, email, or in-person from clients or corporate accounts. Booking domestic and international flights, hotels, transfers, and travel packages. Providing B2B and B2C travel solutions including customized itineraries. Ensuring travel documents like tickets, visas, and insurance are in order. Coordinating with suppliers (hotels, transport vendors, DMCs) for reservations and confirmations. Managing amendments, cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling as needed. Maintaining and updating client records and travel databases. Keeping up to date with travel trends, new destinations, and travel regulations. Assisting in upselling and cross-selling travel products and services. Handling complaints and resolving customer service issues promptly.
