Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective marketing and business development strategies.
Drive customer acquisition and retention across branches in Tamil Nadu.
Lead, train, and motivate the marketing team to achieve sales and enrollment targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service.

Requirements

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably in chit funds, banking, NBFC, insurance, or finance sectors.
Proven track record of achieving business growth and sales targets.
Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel across Tamil Nadu as required for business development
