We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in Micro Finance, specifically in MLAP. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient service delivery. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve business objectives. Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability. Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and expansion. Job Requirements Proven experience in Micro Finance, preferably in MLAP. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong customer relationships. Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions. Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements. Experience in managing and controlling expenses to ensure profitability.
