Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Mutual Funds. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient service delivery. Develop and implement strategies to boost mutual fund sales and customer acquisition. Lead and motivate a team of relationship managers to achieve business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their financial needs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and improve processes. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions. Job Requirements Proven experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in Mutual Funds or a related field. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong customer relationships. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with attention to detail. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively.
