About Us:

Assistant Banquet Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Banquet Manager in planning, organizing, and executing banquet events seamlessly.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise and guide banquet staff to maintain service excellence and operational standards.
  • Manage banquet setups, event timelines, and ensure adherence to quality and hygiene protocols.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to enhance service quality.
  • Monitor inventory, requisitions, and cost control related to banquet operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a

    Banquet Executive

    or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per event schedules.
