Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Banquet Manager located in Kolkata. The Assistant Banquet Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service interactions, and overseeing food and beverage service. Additional tasks include hiring, training, and managing banquet staff, as well as coordinating banquet events to ensure they run smoothly.
