Assistant Banquet Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant Banquets Manager to support our Banquets Department in delivering flawless events and unforgettable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Banquets Manager in planning and executing all banquet events, including weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings.
• Coordinate with clients, kitchen, and service teams to ensure smooth event flow.
• Oversee banquet setup, décor, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and train banquet staff to maintain high performance and professionalism.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and support revenue generation.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service protocols.
• Handle guest feedback promptly and effectively.
• Prepare reports, event summaries, and inventory records.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Banquets or F&B operations, preferably in a 4/5-star hotel.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and guest service orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹15,516.29 - ₹45,596.65 per month
