Assistant Banquet Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Banquet Manager to support our banquet operations. The role includes managing events, coordinating with teams, and ensuring guests have a smooth and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Banquet Manager in planning and executing all banquet events.
• Coordinate with kitchen, service, and housekeeping teams for smooth operations.
• Supervise banquet staff and ensure service standards are followed.
• Handle guest queries and provide excellent customer service.
• Check event setups, décor, and equipment before each function.
• Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and ensure proper reporting.
• Support billing, cost control, and paperwork related to events.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good leadership and team-handling abilities.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
