Job Description

You should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the hotel industry as a Front Office Associate. Your main responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival in a warm and friendly manner. You will also assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures to ensure a smooth experience. Addressing guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally is crucial. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing room reservations, which includes booking, modifying, and canceling reservations as needed. Effective communication with other hotel departments such as housekeeping and maintenance is essential to ensure that guest needs are met efficiently. It will be your duty to report any suspicious activities or safety concerns to the management immediately. This is a full-time position with benefits such as food provided. The work schedule will be based on rotational shifts. Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred for this role. The work location will be in person.,
