Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Banquet Manager at Accor, located in Vijayawada. The Assistant Banquet Manager will be responsible for planning and supervising banquet operations, ensuring seamless event execution and exceptional guest satisfaction. Key duties include coordinating with clients, overseeing setup and service, managing staff performance, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards. The role requires maintaining strong collaborative relationships with other departments and managing resources to ensure cost efficiency without compromising service quality.

• A degree or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
