Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Himachal Pradesh, India, involves serving as an Assistant Area Sales Manager. The responsibilities include developing and managing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, identifying and engaging with potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and collaborating with teams to achieve business objectives. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for preparing sales reports, monitoring market trends, and contributing to new business initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in developing and executing sales strategies and managing client relationships
  • Strong knowledge of market analysis, customer needs assessment, and competitive positioning
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis, report preparation, and CRM tools
  • Experience in the water and wastewater treatment industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working effectively under minimal supervision
  • Willingness to travel as required for customer engagement and business development
