Job Description

Job Purpose

To ensure achievement of sales and collection targets and to identify and support Key Part Dealers (KPD) in strategic areas for future growth.

Role & responsibilities

To monitor and coordinate with Service team for achievement of Targets (Sales& Collections)
To plan execute promotional strategies for developing market
To view the health of KPD and submit proposals for secondary sales and range addition to increase the reach and availability of products
Identify training needs for sales force of KPDs parts Manager and either coach them or arrange for training to enhance their competency
To work on overall strategy and promote New Products

Preferred candidate profile

An Engineering graduate with 7-12 years in the Auto / Tractor industry.
Good communication skills, proven ability to build relationships and work with multiple stakeholders
