Role & responsibilities

Check Manpower Attendance on a Daily Basis.

Interview for new staff recruitment for contractual manpower.

Maintain, assess and advise for better cleanliness in daily multiple rounds.

Managing employee movement services apart from Bus fleet.

Coordination and management of daily shift's vehicle from LBC as per requirement.

Material movement of Gate-pass.

Training room, conference room booking and service management. Snacks vending machine updates to vendor, Water Jar order as per req. Daily check of canteen staff, food and hygiene maintenance.

Document verification for newly joined staff in Housekeeping/Casual. Weekly update for Innova KM Log Sheet For Cab.

Coordinating for Weekly deep cleaning Coordinating with Pest Control activity.

MIS Report every Month. CMS Management.

Verify The Canteen Staff Attendance Monthly.

Monthly canteen lunch count taking from the CMS system to generate invoices monthly invoice SES in SAP system.

PR creation on a monthly or annual basis in ARIBA.

As per required HK material order to vendor.

Check-Out HK Material Inventory, canteen inventory

Coordinate with Compliance team before processing and forwarding the monthly invoice for further process
