Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Admin Cost as per AOP with regards to Transportation, Travel & accommodation and Canteen.
• Sustain employee Satisfaction; Ensure all facilities related to food, travel, transport, security, safety are properly available.
• Compliance with Statutory Regulations, Company Policies, Procedures, Processes &Tenets of Saksham.
• Ensuring Economic utilization of Resources & make distribution system efficient.
• Ensure highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all housekeeping activities.
• Ensure cleanliness/Maintenance of Lawns and Garden as per statutory requirement and ensure regular removal of scrap.
• Muster roll preparation including checking of statutory compliances like monthly contribution of PF and ESI.
• Training all the contract employees for carrying out regular activities.
• Manpower allocation for SCM (loading/unloading, movement and box opening), PPC (movement of bins and parts), Quality (Material segregation), IT( Movement of system and cabling) and Production (6S, marking of aisles); Work planning schedule- Daily, weekly and monthly activities to be carried out and allocation of manpower based on that. Also includes repair activities and provisioning of tea and water.
• Garbage Disposal- Segregation and storage of different types of garbage and their timely movement.
• Energy Conservation - To check and switch off unwanted lights, systems, etc
• AOP planning and monthly budget planning.

Required Skills

• Analytical (Customization of routes and stops)

• Labour Act Knowledge.
• Knowledge of various Compliances related to logistics support.
• MSDS, FSSAI and various certifications related to Security. Machinery details pertaining to Soft skill.
