Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support strategic accounting initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong accounting background, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly financial close process, ensuring all costs are accurately recorded and reconciled.
• Review and prepare journal entries, account balance reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and system improvements.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Participate in strategic financial projects, including ERP upgrades and automation initiatives.
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure smooth audits and compliance.
• Collaborate with department heads and management for timely monthly and annual reports.
• Maintain accuracy in chart of accounts, general ledger, and financial statements.
• Support tax preparation and annual audit activities in coordination with Audit, Tax, and Treasury teams.
• Review budget variances and provide actionable insights to management.
• Advise management on accounting and financial best practices for better decision-making.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in accounting or finance (preferably in hospitality, F&B, or multi-outlet business)
• Candidates currently working as Accounts Manager, Sr. Accountant, or Sr. Accounts Executive are also encouraged to apply.
