Qualifications Previous experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Oversee daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service. Manage inventory, ordering, and stocking of beverages and supplies. Train and supervise bar staff, ensuring excellent customer service. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the bar area. Create and maintain beverage menus, including cocktails and specials. Upsell drinks and promotions to maximize sales. Coordinate with other departments, especially the kitchen, for seamless service.
