Front Office Manager

Hotel Venky Residency (3 Star) – Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh 533001 - Leading 3 star hotel with 55 room, 3 banquets upto 700 pax, 200 seater lounge bar & multi cuisine restaurant

This is a full-time on-site role as a Restaurant And Bar Manager at Venky Residency in Kakinada. As a Marketing And Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Rooms and Marketing, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Oversee all front office operations, including guest arrivals, departures, reservations and Marketing.
• Manage the front desk team, ensuring high standards of guest service and efficiency.
• Train and supervise front office staff to deliver excellent customer service and uphold hotel standards.
• Ensure proper handling of guest requests, complaints, and special requirements, aiming for quick and satisfactory resolutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room rates, special offers, and the hotel’s facilities to provide accurate information to guests.
• Engage with guests to gather feedback and promote additional hotel services, such as restaurant, bar, and banquet facilities.
• Coordinate with other departments, including housekeeping and F&B, to ensure seamless guest experiences.·Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety at the front desk area
• Proven experience in a similar role in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Ability to handle guest complaints diplomatically and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Diploma / Degre in Hospitality / Hotel Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
