Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry, ledger maintenance, and invoice processing.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare vouchers, bills, and receipts and ensure proper documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Assist in preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payments and account details.
- Support audits and maintain compliance with financial regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in accounting.
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
