Job Description

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. --- Key Responsibilities: - Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth functioning. - Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to meet performance goals. - Monitor sales performance and drive strategies to increase revenue. - Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer issues effectively. - Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and display standards. - Oversee stock levels, inventory control, and timely stock replenishment. - Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and procedures. - Generate daily/weekly sales and stock reports for management. - Handle billing, cash, and POS system efficiently. - Coordinate with head office for promotions, pricing, and other updates. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person
