Job Description

We are looking for a well-spoken and experienced Female Customer Care Executive to handle customer interactions, provide support, and ensure a positive service experience. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a friendly, professional attitude. Key Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls, messages, and walk-in customer queries politely and efficiently. - Provide accurate product and service information to customers. - Resolve complaints and issues in a timely and respectful manner. - Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback. - Coordinate with the sales, billing, and delivery teams for smooth customer service. - Follow up with customers for service satisfaction. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
