Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive with 3-4 years of experience to join our finance/accounts team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Tally (or equivalent accounting software), hands-on experience with GST and TDS compliance, and strong communication skills (written & oral). The role involves interacting with clients, addressing their accounting/taxation queries, ensuring proper records, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

· Proficient in Tally ERP (or similar accounting software) and comfortable working with full‐set accounts.

· Strong knowledge of GST (Goods & Services Tax) including return filings, reconciliations, understanding of input tax credit, amendments and compliance.

· Good knowledge of TDS: computation, deduction, remittance, filing, issuance of certificates.

· Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting).

· Communication: Prepare and send client reports, emails, letters; speak with clients (telephonically/on-site) to discuss accounting/tax matters or service updates.

· Interact with clients to understand their accounting/taxation needs, respond to queries, clarify doubts, and maintain high client servicing standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (or equivalent).

· Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in accounting/accounts role, preferably dealing with clients and statutory compliance.

· Excellent communication skills – both written (emails, reports) and oral (client calls, meetings).

· Strong interpersonal skills – able to interact with clients, understand their needs, build relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
