Assistant Account Manager

The Sr. Accounts Executive will oversee daily accounting activities, prepare financial statements, analyze financial data, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
• Analyse financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
• Generate ad-hoc financial reports as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (e.g., B. Com, M. Com, MBA, or CA Inter).
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proven track record in managing financial operations and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
