We are looking for motivated Diploma Mechanical Engineering freshers for the following departments:
Support daily/weekly production scheduling
Track work orders coordinate with production teams
Update production status and documentation
Assist with machining operations (CNC/VMC/Special Processes)
Learn machine operation, tool handling process flows
Support supervisors with daily production activities
Perform basic inspection tasks under guidance
Learn usage of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.)
Support documentation for aerospace quality standards
Assist in receiving, issuing, and tracking materials
Maintain ERP/movement records
Coordinate with production and procurement teams
Support machine maintenance activities
Learn preventive maintenance procedures
Assist maintenance engineers in troubleshooting
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (2023/2024/2025 pass-outs)
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes
Good communication and willingness to learn
Strong work ethic and teamwork skills
Familiarity with MS Office is a plus
Training in aerospace manufacturing processes
