Oversee daily production activities in the machine shop to meet quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
Plan, schedule, and monitor machining operations to ensure efficient workflow and minimal downtime.
Ensure adherence to aerospace manufacturing standards, customer specifications, and internal quality procedures.
Lead, train, and guide machine operators and technicians for continuous improvement.
Coordinate with quality, maintenance, planning, and engineering teams for smooth operations.
Implement process improvements, tooling optimization, and lean manufacturing practices.
Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, aerospace standards, and process plans.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience with AS9100, NADCAP, or other aerospace quality systems.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
