Job Title: Assembly Head Heavy Machinery Location: Tronica City, Loni, Ghaziabad Company: Preet Brothers Job Overview: The Assembly Head oversees the assembly process of heavy machinery, with a specific focus on CNC machines, ensuring that all machinery is assembled to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a keen eye for detail to ensure seamless operations and exceptional product delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and Leadership: Manage and lead the assembly team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce. Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets and deadlines. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. 2. Assembly Oversight: Oversee the complete assembly process, ensuring strict adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and quality controls. Monitor assembly performance and make proactive adjustments to improve efficiency and output. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the assembly process. 3. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all assembled machinery meets or exceeds quality standards and customer specifications. Conduct regular inspections and audits of assembled machines and assembly processes. Develop and maintain quality documentation and protocols. 4. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the assembly process and implement best practices to enhance productivity and quality. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve complex assembly issues and streamline workflows. Stay updated on the latest assembly techniques and technologies relevant to heavy machinery. 5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, including issues encountered and resolutions implemented. Prepare and present detailed reports on assembly performance, productivity, and quality metrics to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Qualifications and Skills: Education: B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: Proven experience in an assembly leadership role, preferably in heavy machinery manufacturing. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of assembly techniques, CNC machinery, and heavy equipment. Leadership Skills: Excellent team management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical and operational challenges effectively.
