1. Responsible for overall Assembly Process (MSIL/Non MSIL).
2. Co-ordinate with MSIL/Non MSIL customers quality problems/ Improvement suggested by the
customer.
3. Co-ordination with Production/NPD & other departments for quality improvement as well as
new part development.
4. To initiate daily Red Bin Meeting and action plan for improvement and its follow up with
different departments.
5. Coordination with top management for improvement activities e.g. 5S, Kaizen, VA/VE,
Suggestion etc.
6. Presentation of operational performance on weekly/monthly basis to the management.
7. Preparation and Implementation of VSA, MACE activities,ISO/IATF,EMS,OHSAS documentation
8. Documentation for in Process audit/Product audit/5S audit as per plan.
9. Imparting trainings on various levels for employee up gradation and motivation.
10. To monitor Non MSIL customer return rejection and initiate appropriate action across the
organization for improvement.
11. Responsible for timely delivery again schedule planned.
12. Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
