5S, JH and Kaizen, RCA, CI , Lean & Six Sigma initiatives in their
respective plant.
1. Provide 5S awareness training to 100% of employees, including
contractors
2. Identify/update ME zones/subzones and their leaders in their
respective Plants
3. Identification of 5S observations and getting them closed by the
team
4. Identification of wastes generated and managed under War on
Watse initiative
5. Conduct 5S audits of all zones at least twice a month in the
respective plant.
6. Achieve 5S implementation in all the zones & ensure sustenance
1. Provide JH awareness training to all relevant employees
2. Identify abnormalities in one model area and resolve them through
Kaizen initiatives.
3. Ensure JH is implemented in all the Most Critical Equipment
4. Ensure Most Critical Equipment reach required steps of JH
1. Impart awareness training to 100% of employees, including
contractors.
2. Ensure all the Deputy Managers & below employees are involved in
Kaizen initiatives with target of minimum 2 Kaizen/Employee/Year
1. Support respective Manager ME in implementing PM
1. Before & After Photographs and 5S Observations & compliance with
the help of respective Zone Leaders & Team
2. Zone wise 5S Audit Score
3. Zone wise JH Fugai Identification & Elimination
4. Zone wise Kaizens Identified & Implemented
5. War on Waste Status
