Managing Team , scheduling jobs maintaining equipment and optimizing workflow for maximum
Plan schedule and oversee daily machining / Assembly operations to ensure timely productions .
Monitor work flows , production goals , resources allocation to meet deadlines.
Conduct permanence evolutions and ensure skill development of team members.
Promote a culture of accountability , team work nd safety.
Ensure all machine tools and equipment are maintained and operated efficiency
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with engineering QA teams to resolve production or design issue.
Monitor and document defects and initiate corrective action.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce cost.
