Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Payable, located in Gurgaon. The Assistant Manager - Payable will manage day-to-day tasks including preparing and reviewing financial statements, conducting journal entries, and overseeing finance-related activities.Excellent written and verbal communication to interact with internal teams and external partners.Problem-solving ability with high attention to detail.Ability to manage workload under tight deadlines.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce Graduate.5 + years of experience in payment operations, reconciliation, and accounting.Experience in month-end closing, audits, and accounting compliance is essential.Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Zendesk preferred.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Accuracy and timeliness of VCC reconciliations and month-end closing.SLA compliance for query and escalation resolution.Reduction in open disputes and recovery of excess charges.Audit readiness and zero non-compliance findings.

Qualifications

• Journal Entries (Accounting) and Finance-related skills
• Experience with managing Fixed Assets
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
