ASM or Sr. Sales Coordinator

Role & responsibilities Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless sales operations and service delivery. Prepare and follow up on techno-commercial quotations, tenders, and proposals tailored to customer requirements. Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong customer relationships. Maintain and update customer databases, pricing records, and sales documentation using SAP and other CRM tools. Generate sales reports, order status updates, and MIS as required by the management. Support business development by identifying new leads and coordinating technical discussions with clients. Stay informed about product specifications, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Minimum 5 years of experience in techno-commercial coordination or B2B sales in the chemical or allied industry . Hands-on experience with SAP (SD Module preferred) and CRM systems. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to understand technical products and translate customer needs into tailored solutions. Attention to detail and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
