Looking for candidates for the position of  Area Sales Manager
  for  North Regional Office (NCR, Punjab, Haryana, Jammu, Uttarakhand)
  based out of  Gurgaon
 having 5 to 10 years of experience     
  -     Responsible to achieve monthly sales objectives in lines with regional plan. (Volume & Market share)    
-     Expands customer base by identifying new customer segment & opportunities.     
-     Ensure effective forecasting basis on annual, quarterly, and monthly targets.     
-     Develop specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.     
-     Regular performance analysis of dealerships and proposes corrective action.     
-     Communicate dealerships on company policies and initiatives, implement and adherence of the same.     
-     Liaison with financers to ensure timely availability of funds to dealers and retail finance options to customers.     
-     Meeting customers to take feedback, understand expectations, resolve complaints if any.     
-     Review dealer business performance, recommend improvement actions to team.     
-     Timely market feedback to RSM on competition activities, government regulations and related business aspect.     
 
Required Skills
   -     Must be well versed with the region    
-     High result orientation with ability to create win -win situation.     
-     Understanding of business finance.     
-     Good analytical and problem-solving skills.     
-     Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.     
-     Proficient in DMS/ Excel/ Power Point.     
-     Good written and oral communication.
