ASM (Area Sales Manager)

As a Team Leader in pharmaceutical sales, you will be responsible for leading a team of Medical Representatives to achieve sales targets and handle sales promotion activities. Your role will involve making monthly doctor visiting plans for all team members, ensuring effective implementation through regular follow-up and discussions. You will organize special meetings with doctors and healthcare professionals as per the daily and monthly planning, along with setting up campaigns and awareness programs for patients and healthcare professionals. Maintaining regular contact with team members, fostering healthy communication and relationships will be crucial. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing conferences and seminars, generating new business through your team, and ensuring all team requirements are fulfilled. Reviewing sales and stock availability in the assigned area, meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets, and building relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals will be key aspects of your role. Daily reporting to seniors about work, meetings, and performance, conducting market reviews of new products and services, and keeping detailed records of contacts will be part of your routine tasks. Regularly attending monthly, quarterly, and yearly company meetings, staying updated about company products, services, and schemes, and monitoring competitor activities, products, and services will also be essential. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, requiring at least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
