Our well-known pharma brands like Fastac Range and CTZ Tablet are successfully operating through franchise networks. We are now expanding our FMCG Division, offering a premium range of Medical and confectionery products.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager (FMCG Division) to lead field sales operations, manage distributors and sales representatives, and drive growth in assigned territories. The role involves developing new markets, achieving sales targets, and executing company strategies at the ground level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Appoint and manage distributors and stockists in assigned regions.
• Recruit, train, and supervise Field Sales Representatives / Sales Officers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Ensure primary and secondary sales growth through effective market planning.
• Conduct market visits to monitor team performance and product visibility.
• Implement promotional and marketing activities as per company guidelines.
• Maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors.
• Provide timely sales reports and feedback to senior management.

Eligibility & Skills Required:

• Graduate (Any stream); MBA/BBA preferred.
• Minimum 3–6 years of FMCG / Consumer Goods / Field Sales experience.
• Proven track record in distributor appointment and team handling.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Strong market understanding and decision-making ability.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.

Detergent, Dishwash Liquid, Floor Cleaner, Protein Powder, and Energy Drinks.

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
