We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations in designated regions. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, manage sales team and maintain strong relationship with clients.
Area Sales Manager – Roles & Responsibilities
· Assign daily and weekly targets to branches.
· Conduct weekly review meetings with Branch Managers and team members.
· Responsible for staff retention and performance monitoring.
· Accountable for driving sales and achieving targets - every branch assigned by RM.
· Maintain all branches records and documentation.
· Overseeing billing, treatment sales, and product sales of all branches.
· Manage branches as assigned by the Regional Manager.
· Prepare a checklist covering all items and responsibilities in the clinic. The branch manager must sign this at the time of Joining and again while leaving, acknowledging they are responsible for everything mentioned.
· Train and support Branch Managers regularly.
· Maintain EXCEL sheet for treatment counts, hair treatments (HT), skin treatments, and slimming service sales for each branch.
