Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead our "Tools" department sales efforts in the Haryana region. This is a critical role responsible for driving sales growth and managing client relationships for our specialized automotive tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for automotive tools and related products within the designated area.
• Team Leadership: Potentially lead and mentor a small sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize performance.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, including service centers, workshops, and other B2B customers.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
• Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of all automotive tools and equipment to provide expert advice to clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in the automotive or related industry. We are looking for an individual with:

• Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or a similar senior sales role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• A deep understanding of the automotive industry and its tools/equipment.
• A results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
• A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel extensively within Haryana.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
