Job Description

Lead and participate in the
design, development, and maintenance
of applications on the
iSeries (AS400) platform
.
Translate business requirements into
technical designs
and deliver robust, scalable solutions.
Utilize expertise in
CLLE, RPGLE, Free-format RPG, DB2/400, SQL, SQL RPG
to develop and optimize application code.
Work extensively with
RDI, RTC, ARCAD, Jenkins
for development, version control, and deployment processes.
Ensure
adherence to SDLC processes
and leverage
Agile methodologies
for project execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including
Business Analysts, QA, and Operations
to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Apply technical leadership skills to
mentor junior developers
, review code, and enforce best practices.
Integrate and automate build and deployment processes using
Jenkins
and other CI/CD tools.
Utilize
JIRA
for tracking project tasks and
HP Quality Centre
for defect management.
Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of AS400 applications.
Manage and maintain compliance with
GSD
and organizational standards.
8+ yrs lead as400 developer ,More than 8+ years of IT experience of which atleast 2 years as Technical lead
