Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior HANA DBA Engineer with 7 to 15 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP and HANA database administration.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, implement, and manage SAP HANA databases for high performance and availability.
Develop and maintain database backup and recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve database-related issues.
Monitor and optimize database performance using various tools and techniques.
Ensure compliance with security and data management policies and procedures.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on database administration best practices.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of SAP HANA database administration principles and practices.
Experience with database design, implementation, and management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
