Job Description

The SQL DBA will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability security and efficiency of our database infrastructure supporting critical business applications

Responsibilities

Database AdministrationInstall configure and maintain Microsoft SQL Server database instances
Administer and manage database objects including tables views indexes and stored procedures
Performance Tuning
Monitor database performance and identify areas for optimization
Implement performancetuning measures to enhance database efficiency
Backup and Recovery
Develop and implement backup and recovery procedures to safeguard critical data
Conduct regular backups and perform recovery tests to ensure data integritySecurity and Compliance
Implement and enforce security measures to protect SQL Server databases from unauthorized access
Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standardsDatabase Upgrades and Patch Management
Plan and execute SQL Server upgrades
