Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Multi-DBA to manage and optimize enterprise-level databases across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SQL Server administration, with additional expertise in Oracle , PostgreSQL , and MySQL . This role involves overseeing database performance, ensuring high availability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business-critical applications. Key Responsibilities: Database Administration: Manage and maintain SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL databases. Perform installations, configurations, upgrades, and patch management. Implement and manage backup and recovery strategies. Performance Optimization: Monitor database performance and implement tuning techniques. Analyze and optimize SQL queries, indexes, and execution plans. Utilize tools like SQL Profiler, Execution Plans, and Dynamic Management Views (DMVs) for performance diagnostics. High Availability & Disaster Recovery: Configure and manage high availability solutions such as AlwaysOn Availability Groups, Oracle Data Guard, and replication setups. Plan and execute disaster recovery drills to ensure data integrity and availability. Security & Compliance: Implement database security measures, including user access controls and encryption. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Collaboration & Support: Work closely with development, infrastructure, and business intelligence teams. Provide 24x7 support during on-call rotations. Document database configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Required Technical Skills: Primary Skills: 510 years of hands-on experience in SQL Server administration. Proficiency in T-SQL scripting and automation using PowerShell. Experience with cloud-hosted SQL Server environments (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL). Secondary Skills: 3–5 years of experience with Oracle Database administration. Familiarity with PostgreSQL and MySQL database management. Knowledge of replication technologies and clustering solutions. Tools & Monitoring: Experience with database monitoring tools like Quest Spotlight and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM). Familiarity with performance tuning and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable server-side network components using NodeJS. Apply expertise in JavaScript across all aspects of the software lifecycle, including application design, structure, debugging, performance optimization, security implementation, and deployment. Exhibit strong capabilities in rapid prototyping , quickly translating mock-ups and conceptual designs into functional implementations. Ensure the optimal performance of the central database and maintain high responsiveness to front-end requests. Develop high-performance applications by writing clean, testable, reusable, and efficient code that adheres to industry best practices. Implement effective security protocols, robust data protection measures, and efficient data storage solutions within applications. Conduct diagnostic tests, identify and repair defects, and provide comprehensive technical support for NodeJS applications. Prepare and maintain thorough documentation for Node.js processes, including detailed database schemas, and generate relevant technical reports as required. Required Skills: Proficiency in NodeJS for backend development. Strong experience in JavaScript and its ecosystem. Expertise in developing and maintaining server-side network components. Ability to perform rapid prototyping and quickly implement designs. Skills in optimizing database performance and ensuring responsiveness to front-end requests. Capability to write testable, reusable, and efficient code for high-performance applications. Knowledge of implementing security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions. Experience in running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support. Proficiency in documenting Node.js processes and preparing technical reports.

8 years of MSSQL for L3 and 3-5 yrs of MSSQL for L1 role. Microsoft MS-SQL Server 2008/ 2012/ 2014 Configuration and Administration Strong knowledge of MSSQL 2012, 2014, Replication, Migrations, backups and troubleshooting and Log shipping. Experience of working in Onsite/Offshore model. Should be independent on deliverables with good communication skills. The experience on managing large databases and Replication and Migrations. Experience in carrying out performance, integrity and security of a database. Low to moderate T-SQL scripting experience is must
